This clip shows the 1-to-5 configuration: one weld cycle completes five joints at once, which suits harnesses with many branches and clustered splices. Welding several points in a single stroke demands uniform part height and repeatable feeding, otherwise pressure is distributed unevenly across the joints — so the level face of the fixture matters more here than on a single-spot machine.
