This one leans toward terminal work: terminal wall thickness, plating and bundle volume vary widely, so a single joint may combine a thick wall with fine strands — pressure has to compact first and then transmit vibration. Terminal fixtures are therefore more particular than plain bundle fixtures: they support the underside of the terminal so it is not crushed.
