2010G 100 sqmm Big Wire Harness Welding Machine
Ultrasonic terminal and wire-harness welding demonstration.
“Big” here refers to a longer frame and clamping stroke: harnesses over two metres are laid into the fixture in one piece and welded at several points after a single location, so finished joints are not pulled around by repeated repositioning. The opening between horn and anvil is wider as well, at the cost of a heavier machine and higher floor-loading requirements.
