Ultrasonic Film Making Machine
Ultrasonic welding of a single piece as thin as 0.5mm.
The machine welds thin polymer film to itself or to a rigid carrier by applying ultrasonic energy through a patterned horn, so the bond forms only where the tool touches and no adhesive or solvent is involved. Typical uses are pouch and sachet sealing, filter media assembly and laminating film to a plastic frame, where the seal has to be both tight and narrow.
