Controls and weld parameters
The second clip shows the main control screen of the same machine: the generator holds an anti-resonance frequency of 19.807 kHz, with 168 W output, a 35 °C internal temperature and a 230 V supply, while the workpiece counter reads 174 pcs. Amplitude is entered as 30, and the “system normal / frequency normal / tooling normal” indicators plus the test-run button let the operator verify each weld before production.
