2060 Wire Harness + Terminal Ultrasonic Welding
Ultrasonic wire harness welding demonstration for copper / aluminum wire bundles and terminals.
The 2060 handles both wire bundles and terminals on one machine: swapping horn and fixture moves it between bundle welding and terminal welding. For lines that build harness assemblies and also terminate them in-house, that removes a dedicated machine and one transfer step between operations.
