This clip targets the CCS (cells contact system) in new-energy batteries: busbar, sensing circuit and cell tabs are joined at one station. Compared with the step-by-step route of spot welding followed by riveting, a single ultrasonic pass removes contact interfaces, which lowers joint resistance and makes it more stable.
