Company Introduction

Leading the Future with Ultrasonic Innovation

Guangzhou Jinheneng Ultrasonic Technology Co., Ltd. (JHN SONIC) builds ultrasonic metal welding machines for wire harness, battery and terminal production. Since 1998 our equipment has been running in plants across more than 30 countries.

Who we are

More than a supplier — a long-term partner

Working in ultrasonic welding since 1998, with close to 30 patents in the field.

From precision wire-harness welding to high-power metal bonding for battery and terminal applications, we combine in-house engineering with rigorous quality control to deliver solutions that perform, and keep performing.

Manufacturing

How the machines are built

The machines are built in the plant of our manufacturing partner, Guangzhou Jinheneng Ultrasonic Technology Co., Ltd., in Xintang, Zengcheng District, on the eastern side of Guangzhou — the machining belt that supplies much of South China’s equipment industry. Address: No. 12-2, Huanbao 2nd Road, Xintang, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou (3rd floor, Zone A).

Horns, boosters and transducer housings are machined on two CNC machining centres and a bank of precision grinders. Transducer stacks are wound, assembled and tuned at that plant, and control generators are built and tested under load there. Every machine is assembled, aligned and test-welded on that floor. Sheet-metal frames, cabinets, surface finishing and the piezoelectric ceramics come from specialised suppliers; the acoustic stack and the generator — the two parts that decide whether a weld holds — are made there.

Machined in-house

Horns, boosters and transducer housings come off two CNC centres and precision grinders. Transducer stacks are wound, stacked and tuned there. Generators are built and run under load before they are paired with a machine, and every unit is assembled, aligned and test-welded on that floor.

What we buy in

Sheet-metal frames and cabinets, surface finishing and painting, and the piezoelectric ceramics come from specialist suppliers. The acoustic stack and the generator do not — they are machined, wound and tuned here, because they decide whether a weld holds.

Three gates before shipment

Incoming — piezoelectric capacitance and resonance, machined dimensions and tolerances, plate thickness, electrical components checked against specification, supplier certificates. In-process — transducer impedance and resonance frequency, assembly torque, insulation and dielectric withstand, re-check of critical dimensions. Final — no-load and load test weld, measured amplitude and frequency, pull-off sampling on the welded sample, marking check, document pack, crating.

Lead time and certification

Standard machines ship in about 45 days; samples and trial welds in 3 days. Quality system certified to ISO 9001:2015 by NOA (certificate held by Guangzhou Jinheneng Ultrasonic Technology Co., Ltd.), scope covering mould making and ultrasonic welding machine manufacture. CE marking to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, issued by UDEM International Certification against EN ISO 12100:2010, EN 60204-1:2018 and EN ISO 13849-1:2015. Our full-wave spot welding control system is registered with China’s National Copyright Administration.

Since 2017

What changed each year

  1. 2017

Company founded in Guangzhou. Six people, one rented workshop bay, and a plan to build ultrasonic welding equipment rather than import it.

  2. 2019

Research team expanded and lithium-ion battery welding grew past half of the business. Certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise the same year.

  3. 2022

Released an 8,000 W dual-head high-power welding system and our own transducer system. Added to the approved supplier lists of EVE Energy, CALB, Gotion and Highpower.

  4. 2023

Delivered a 13,500 W four-drive torque welding and full-wave welding system, replacing imported equipment in that class. Opened international sales channels the same year.

  5. 2024

Shipped cylindrical PACK, pouch module PACK, wire-and-tab and DP spherical/toothless welding projects.

  6. 2025

Close to 30 patents, nearly 50 engineers, more than 3,000 customers served, and 30% annual growth.

  7. 2026

Started “Ultrasound & the World”, a short-video channel on ultrasonic technology.

Since 1998

We brought two machines to the Chinese market ahead of anyone else: an easy-maintenance ultrasonic system, and a 12,000 W high-power metal welder. The first still shapes how we design for service access; the second is why we can weld thick copper and aluminium today.

🌍

Global Expertise, Local Commitment

Our specialized international trade team brings over a decade of experience serving clients across more than 30 countries. We combine professional expertise with genuine passion to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to diverse global markets.

Where our machines run

JHN machines are specified into wire harness lines, battery pack assembly and terminal crimping stations — processes where one failed weld stops the line. If you need a reference for your application, ask us; with the customer’s agreement we will introduce you.

Certified and test-welded

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by NOA (certificate held by Guangzhou Jinheneng Ultrasonic Technology Co., Ltd.), covering mould making and ultrasonic welding machine manufacture. Every machine is test-welded before shipment and leaves with its measured amplitude and frequency on file.
